Theme: Eyes Wide Open: Digital Privacy, Security and Citizenship in Schools For the first time, the TIES 2016 Conference will feature an opportunity for district technology leaders and technology staff to gather for a day of collaborative learning. Today’s education technology leaders need knowledge in both the technical and instructional implementation of technology in schools. CoSN and our newly created Minnesota CoSN Chapter are partnering on this one-day clinic where you will learn about and discuss issues centered on privacy and security in our schools and how these issues impact education.

The CTO Clinic will feature local and national expert speakers on issues ranging from technical best practices to policies to instructing students and staff in digital citizenship. You will also hear about emerging technology trends and have the opportunity to network with colleagues in both the public and private sector. You do not have to be a current member of CoSN to attend.
